Who we are

PrivateJet Calculators (“we”, “us”) is an independent project run by a small team. You can reach us at [email protected].

Estimates, not offers

PrivateJet Calculators provides informational flight-time and cost estimates. We are not an air carrier or charter broker, do not arrange transportation and do not accept bookings or payments.

No operational approval

Nothing on this site confirms that an aircraft, crew, airport or route is suitable or legally available. A certificated operator must confirm runway performance, payload, weather, reserves, permits, taxes, safety requirements and final pricing.

No warranty

Data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and availability can change. The site is provided as-is without a promise that an estimate will match a quote or completed flight. Use it as a planning reference, not as the basis for an operational decision.

Your use and governing information

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it or misrepresent its estimates as an operator quote. Applicable law governs your use; these terms do not designate an exclusive jurisdiction or override rights that cannot legally be waived.
