PrivateJet Calculators is an independent project by a small team that builds free planning tools for private flyers. Our goal is simple: a fair, explainable estimate of what a private flight costs and how long it takes, in a few clicks and without signing up or talking to a salesperson.

How the estimates work

Every figure on the site comes from one model: great-circle distance with a routing allowance, cruise speed and range by aircraft class, seasonal winds, hourly market rates calibrated against published broker prices, and US taxes and airport fees. Estimates, not quotes

We are not an air carrier or a charter broker. We do not arrange flights or take bookings or payments. A certificated operator must confirm availability, the final price and whether an aircraft and airport suit your trip.
